Sweet & Easy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 small spaghetti squash
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free margarine
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut spaghetti squash length wise. Scoop out seeds and discard.
  2. Place in 2-quart dish add 1/4 cup water to bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Cook in microwave on high for 6-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from microwave and use fork to comb squash out of shell into serving bowls.
  5. Top with margarine and brown sugar.
  6. Enjoy!
