  • 1 1/2 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  2. Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Cover the sweet potatoes with ham pieces.
  4. Add sliced apples over the ham and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  5. Pour hot water over the entire dish.
