Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 slices of lemon
  • 6 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place pork chops in a deep baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper on each chop.
  3. Place a slice of lemon and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on each pork chop.
  4. Mix ketchup and water together and pour around the chops until they are covered.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are cooked through.
