Sweet Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 green cabbage, cored and cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk oil, garlic, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
  3. Arrange cabbage on a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, coat both sides of the cabbage with dressing.
  4. Roast until edges are crisp, about 1 hour, flipping halfway through. If cabbage starts to fall apart when you are flipping it, simply form it back into a wedge.
  5. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
