Sweet Russian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut up in serving-size pieces
  • 1/2 bottle dark red Russian dressing
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 jar (10 oz. size) apricot preserves
  • water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with small amount of water.
  3. Pour over chicken and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is tender.
  4. Serve with rice.
  5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
