Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 3 c. pretzels
  • 1 c. salted Spanish peanuts

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and shortening in heavy saucepan over low flame.
  2. Add pretzels and peanuts; mix well.
  3. Spread into a buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
  4. Chill 20 minutes or until firm.
  5. Break into pieces.
  6. Store in airtight container.
  7. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
