Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 Tbsp. raspberry or peach preserves

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust. Dot top of cheesecake with preserves.
  3. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  5. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish with Cool Whip.
