Swiss Baked Eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Crumble 1 slice of bacon for each serving in custard cups.
- Add cream and 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese. Add 1 unbeaten egg to each dish and sprinkle with salt.
- Set dish in a shallow baking pan filled with water and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon chives and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until egg is set.
