Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Beat together.
  2. Pour onto a hot griddle, and spread out with a fork, making each the size of a pancake.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Fill with your taco meat, etc.
