Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 8 soft shell tacos
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook beef or turkey in skillet until brown.
  2. Pour off grease. Add water and seasoning.
  3. Simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. Warm shells in oven at 300° for 5 to 8 minutes.
  5. Place taco shell on plate.
  6. Fill with layer of each:
  7. meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce and sauce. Roll and enjoy!
