Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 4 cups cracked ice
  • 4 scoops sherbet

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix apricot nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, and cracked ice until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between four large glasses.
  3. Top each glass with a scoop of sherbet of your choice.
  4. Garnish with orange slices, maraschino cherries, and pineapple chunks on fancy toothpicks.
