Tapioca Fruit Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Americana tapioca (Jell-O brand) pudding mix
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • some extra orange or pineapple juice, if needed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve pudding mix in 3 cups juice (drained and saved from fruit).
  2. Bring slowly to boil until clear.
  3. Refrigerate until cool.
  4. Add fruit.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
