Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar or less
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients together until done, except Jell-O.
  2. Add Jell-O after it's done.
