Taquito Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
  • 8 ounces Mexican blend cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Layer baking dish with your favorite frozen taquitos (beef or chicken).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine soups, sour cream and Rotel (tomatoes and green chilis). Pour over taquitos.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Enjoy!
