Ingredients

  • 1 c. multigrain cutlets, chopped
  • 3/4 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1/3 c. ground sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 c. egg scramblers
  • 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 4 pinches dried basil
  • 4 pinches oregano
  • 6 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches garlic powder
  • 1/8 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 oz. onions, sauteed and chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place into an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 3/4 hour.
  2. Let cool and slice.
