Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves
  • 5 cinnamon sticks, about 2 inches long
  • 4 tbsp. dry orange peel
  • 1 tbsp. dry lemon peel
  • 4 tbsp. minced candied ginger

Instructions

  1. Crush cloves and cinnamon till partly broken.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients and store in sealed container.
  3. Use 1 tsp.
  4. per serving.
  5. Make in fall, give away at Christmas, and tastes good all winter.
