Ingredients

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups loose tea
  • 4 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Remove from heat and add loose tea leaves. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea leaves to extract the infused liquid.
  4. Pour the strained tea over sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
