Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in softened peanut butter. Drop by rounded teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  3. Makes 2 dozen.
  4. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
