- Beat egg whites with salt until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in softened peanut butter. Drop by rounded teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Makes 2 dozen.
- Cool slightly before removing from pan.
