Instructions
- Wash roast in cold water.
- Sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper on all sides.
- Roll in flour.
- Put in hot grease in large iron skillet and brown on both sides.
- Put in roasting pan and sprinkle with more all-purpose seasoning.
- Add 2 cups water and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour for each pound of meat or until tender.
