Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • seasoned flour
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Flour both sides of meat.
  2. Brown quickly in hot oil.
  3. Mix soup and water.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Top with onion.
  6. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Makes tender steaks and delicious gravy.
