Ingredients

  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry jello
  • grated rind of one small orange
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 diced apple
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry jello in 1 cup hot water and pineapple juice.
  2. Melt the cranberry sauce in a saucepan on low heat until smooth and mushy.
  3. Mix the dissolved jello with the melted cranberry sauce.
  4. Add grated rind of one small orange and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square dish sprayed with Pam or salad oil.
  6. Chill until thickened, then add the diced apple.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise or Cool Whip.
