Ingredients

  • 1 doz. boiled eggs
  • 1 to 2 dashes Texas Pete hot sauce
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika to garnish

Instructions

  1. Halve eggs and scoop out yolks.
  2. Combine yolks and all other ingredients; mix well with an electric mixer.
  3. Fill egg white halves with mixture; garnish with paprika.
