Three Bean Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked white beans with chicken style seasoning
  • 2 c. cooked kidney beans with salt
  • 2 c. cooked black beans with onion and garlic salt
  • cream and butter
  • cream sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Beans should be cooked in separate pans as dry as possible. Mash beans separately through a fine sieve.
  2. The addition of cream and butter to beans will give an extra rich flavor.
  3. Carefully alternate bean layers in loaf pan.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until solid throughout.
  5. Serve in slices with a cream sauce topping.
