Instructions
- Mix together egg yolks and sugar. Add Marscapone cheese and mix.
- Add lemon rind. Fold in egg whites.
- Separately combine Espresso and rum.
- Lightly toast ladyfingers. Dip ladyfingers into Espresso and cover bottom of baking pan.
- Cover with layer of cheese mixture.
- Continue to layer cheese mixture and coffee dipped ladyfingers. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with cocoa powder.
