A light, creamy tiramisu with a low-fat twist, featuring coffee-soaked ladyfingers, cocoa dusting, and optional whipped topping—perfect for a satisfying dessert without guilt.

Ingredients

  • 18 ladyfingers (about 4 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup fat-free or light whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Coarsely crumble 1 1/2 ladyfingers into the bottom of each of six 10 oz. balloon wine glasses.
  2. Top the ladyfingers with 1 tablespoon of the coffee mixture, and 1/4 cup of the custard.
  3. Repeat the layers to build the dessert.
  4. Sift a little cocoa powder over the top of each dessert.
  5. Cover the desserts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Just before serving, top each with 2 tablespoons of the whipped topping if desired.
