  • 4 c. hot cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Toss hot cooked rice with melted butter or margarine and coconut, which has been toasted on a cookie sheet under your broiler to a medium brown.
