Toasted Pecan Halves

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/16 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff.
  2. Add brown sugar.
  3. Beat together and add salt; then dip pecan halves in mixture.
  4. Place pecan halves on slightly greased cookie sheet (each one separately). Bake at 250° for 15 to 20 minutes.
