Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (11 oz.) ready to serve pound cake or small loaf homemade pound cake

Instructions

  1. Heat chocolate pieces until melted, stirring often.
  2. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  3. Cut cake in half, horizontally.
  4. Spread with 1/3 of frosting; sprinkle with 1/3 of crushed candy.
  5. Top with second layer.
  6. Frost cake; sprinkle candy on top.
  7. Serves 8 (380 calories per serving).
