Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the tofu with a potato masher.
- Add skim milk and oatmeal.
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
- Add raisins and cut up apple.
- Serve Brazil nuts on the side.
- The Brazil nuts complement the protein of the tofu which is low in sulfur containing amino acids.
