Tofu Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tofu (silken)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. In blender, put tofu, egg whites, cornstarch, molasses and spice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. In bowl, put sugar and pumpkin.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour ingredients from blender into bowl.
  6. Mix all together.
