Ingredients

  • 1 large can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together and heat in double boiler.
  2. Makes 12 cups.
