Ingredients

  • 1 large tomatoes
  • 12 cup kalamata olive
  • 1 dash salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato however you prefer.
  2. I like to cut it into medium bite-size pieces.
  3. Put the tomato pieces on a plate and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Add the olives on top and then dribble with olive oil.
  5. Delicious, simple, healthy snack or side dish.
  6. It also tastes great over greens as a salad.
