Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Grease large baking dish with oil.
- Cut tomatoes crosswise into 1/2-inch slices.
- Layer 1/2 tomato slices in dish.
- Sprinkle with half spices.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with breadcrumbs; drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Makes 6 servings.
