Ingredients

  • tomatoes (enough for 2 qt.)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon jello (dry)

Instructions

  1. Place tomatoes in a saucepan.
  2. Add sugar, cinnamon, and dry lemon jello to the saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Cool and use as a vegetable or transfer to freezer containers for storage.
