Ingredients

  • cod (thick as possible)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • water to cover fish
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Simmer fish for 20 minutes in the sugar, salt and water mixture.
  2. Put butter on both sides and broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with melted butter.
