- Mix 1/4 cup juice from fruit with cream cheese and whipped cream. Layer a large bowl beginning with pound cake (crumpled up), then a layer of cream mixture, then fruit; repeat until bowl is complete.
- Top with cream mixture and place in fridge for 1 hour. Serves 8.
