Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup bacon drippings
  • 2 leftover biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/8 cup of bacon drippings in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat.
  2. Break the leftover biscuits into crumbs and stir into the hot drippings.
  3. Add the 2 eggs and scramble with the bread crumbs until cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add any other leftovers and cook until heated through.
