Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. Equal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In medium size bowl, beat eggs slightly.
  3. Add Equal and vanilla.
  4. Slowly stir in scalded milk. Pour into two 1-cup custard cups. Set in shallow pan filled with 1-inch of hot water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Contains 150 calories per 3/4 cup. Serves 2.
