Ingredients

  • 1 (16.5 oz) package Golden Oreos
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 (16.5 oz) package Oreos
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 12 oz bittersweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 24 oz milk chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process Golden Oreos to crumbs. Add 8 oz cream cheese and orange zest and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Clean food processor then process chocolate Oreos to crumbs. Add almonds and pulse to combine. Add almond extract and remaining cream cheese and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. Form balls with 1 1/2 tsp of dough for each. Dip almond chocolate balls in dark chocolate with a fork, allow excess chocolate to drain back into bowl then place on a wire rack set over a sheet pan. Combine milk chocolate with vegetable oil then dip orange balls in mixture with a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drain back into bowl. Place on a wire rack over remaining sheet pan. Chill coated balls until set.
  4. Arrange truffles on a coconut-lined serving platter in a pyramid. Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.
