Tuna Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb soft cheese with garlic and herbs
  • 2 None carrots, peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp fresh marjoram, chopped + extra sprigs, to garnish
  • 1 None lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 - 7 oz can tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 8 leaves lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix soft cheese, grated carrots, chopped marjoram, lime zest and juice in a bowl. Season then toss with tuna.
  2. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each wrap then spread tuna and cream cheese mixture on top. Roll up tightly, wrap in foil and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. To serve, unwrap and slice. Garnish with marjoram.
