Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
  • 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 (16 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine jello with 2 cups boiling water.
  2. (Note:
  3. use juice drained from pineapple, plus enough boiling water to make 2 cups.) Cool. Add, mashing together as necessary to blend, cranberry sauce, orange juice, crushed pineapple, celery and walnuts.
  4. Mix together.
  5. Pour into mold(s) or leave in a large bowl.
  6. Chill until set.
