- If turkey is thick, slice in half lengthwise, forming 2 pieces.
- In shallow dish, combine lemon pepper and basil; blend well.
- Coat turkey halves with seasoning.
- Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey; cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
- Top each piece of turkey with tomato slices, 2 asparagus spears and cheese.
- Cover 1 minute to melt cheese.
- Each serving contains 9 grams fat.
