Turkey Imperial(Low-Fat)

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/4 lb. boneless fresh turkey breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 12 to 16 small thin tomato slices
  • 12 to 16 cooked asparagus spears

Instructions

  1. If turkey is thick, slice in half lengthwise, forming 2 pieces.
  2. In shallow dish, combine lemon pepper and basil; blend well.
  3. Coat turkey halves with seasoning.
  4. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add turkey; cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  6. Top each piece of turkey with tomato slices, 2 asparagus spears and cheese.
  7. Cover 1 minute to melt cheese.
  8. Each serving contains 9 grams fat.
