Ingredients

  • 4 None breaded turkey breast schnitzels
  • 8 None thick slices white bread, toasted
  • 4 None lettuce leaves
  • 2 None tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook schnitzels following packet instructions.
  2. Place a slice of toast onto 4 serving plates and top each with lettuce, tomato and beets.
  3. Place a hot schnitzel on top with cheese and remaining toast.
