Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. canned milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  2. Cook the potatoes until soft.
  3. Drain and mash the potatoes.
  4. Add cream cheese, onion salt, sour cream, salt, pepper, and canned milk to the mashed potatoes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and dot with butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F until the potatoes are warm and lightly browned on top.
