Twinkie Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 12 Hostess Twinkies, cut into thirds
  • 0.5 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place cut Twinkies in large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, blend together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt; blend well.
  4. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  5. Pour milk mixture over Twinkies, and stir gently to coat.
  6. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
  7. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating.
  8. Spoon Twinkie mixture into pan.
  9. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  10. Let cool a bit then enjoy.
