Two-Tone Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Prepare pastry shell.
- Cool.
- In saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour 2 cups pudding mix into bowl and add peanut butter chips.
- Stir until smooth.
- To remaining hot pudding, add chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture into baked pie shell.
- Gently pour peanut butter mixture over top. Press plastic wrap directly on top.
- Chill several hours.
- Garnish. Makes 8 servings.
