Veal Ragout
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut veal in cubes; brown in hot pan with small amount of oil. Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Put in casserole dish, cover and cook in a 375° oven for 1 hour or until done.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
