Ingredients
- 1 cup of grounded sunflower seeds ⓘ
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (not the baking type) ⓘ
- 1 large minced onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 grated raw potato ⓘ
- 1/2 cup margarine (soya is recommended in this recipe) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups hot water ⓘ
- thyme (to taste) ⓘ
- basil (to taste) ⓘ
- sage (to taste) ⓘ
- salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour in a pyrex dish.
- Bake for 1 hour (180C/350F).
- Cool and remove from pyrex dish.
