Vegetable "Aspic"(Good)

Ingredients

  • 1 large box lime Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. chopped celery hearts
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 5 bunches green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 can Del Monte Italian-style tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Chop celery and bell pepper in small pieces.
  3. Drain and chop tomatoes well; save juice. Slice or chop onions fine.
  4. Add juice and veggies after Jell-O has begun to thicken and mix well.
  5. Really pleases men folk.
