Vegetable-Broccoli Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into flowerets no longer than 3 inches.
  2. Steam broccoli in steam basket for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove.
  4. Place in heated serving dish.
  5. Cover.
